Starting out with an initial 22 hectares, this 600 hectare sanctuary has grown into a multi-faceted KZN destination that now boasts several tranquil bass filled dams, a range of accommodation encompassing self-catering rondavels and units situated on the edge of the dams including a stilted timber cabin dam unit, six luxury tree-top tents perched above the Umhlali River, a honeymoon suite, the beautiful Acacia restaurant area overlooking an expansive rock pool and it is also a birders paradise with over 300 different bird species.
Welcoming both day and overnight visitors, this unique destination enables visitors to easily experience some of Africa’s wildlife through game drive excursions in secure idyllic surrounds being just a short drive from Durban, Umhlanga or Ballito.
